Last week we had our annual Christmas supper at our community hall. There seems to be more and more kids each year, which is such a good thing in these rural areas.
Getting ready to sing carols.
Christmas caroling - Jaren was enjoying himself as we were singing Jingle Bells. He didn't want to be on the stage with all the other children.
We even got a personal visit from Santa himself, riding in on his trusty reindeer, Dancer
This was the closest that Landen wanted to get to Santa. Of course my batteries died when the boys tried to sit on Santa's lap so I had to borrow Elaine's camera. Hopefully she'll be able to send them to me because that may be the only one we get with Mr Claus this year :)

It is hard to believe that this time of year is already here!!! Can't promise many more "exciting" posts before we fly out on Thursday, so we hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful holiday season.

Looks like your community gathering was a lot of fun! We have enjoyed several Christmas events while Ron & Connie have been here - no snow yet I think they have gotten into the Spirit of the Season just the same! It has been fun!
Have a great Christmas as well. Wishing your family blessings in the new year. I look forward to the new posts when you return.
