On the Hunt for Frogs

The sound of the frogs outside is so beautiful and LOUD so we decided to go to the dug-out to see if we could find some of the culprits.

Where there is one, the other will follow! :)

Crossing some of the water to get to the other side of the dug-out

Just about filling the boots with water but made it safely.

We had a laugh watching/tricking Tori to go for her very first swim ever. It was quite the site with the doggy-paddle!

Going in after something that we tossed into the water and before she lost the bottom of the dug-out to her feet. She learned quickly and didn't fall for our tricks of things tossed into the water. Smart little girl. Maybe when it gets warmer she'll wanna go in and cool off like Keesha used to love to do.

Everything must end up in the water.

CHEESE!

Quietly trying to scope out where those noisy frogs are...

Love the pic of the boys quatting & gazing in the water. Did they ever really see a frog?

Nope Elaine! There was an eery (sp?) silence when we walked around the edge of the water. Those things are sooooo loud!

I was doing lawn repair and found a large frog or toad in the grass. I carried him back to the slough. Cute pictures.
