UNO has become the most popular game in our house over the past couple of weeks.  So Jaren got a  game going when Rob was here.

On Sunday afternoon there was a wedding shower planned for Ryan and Trina.  Ryan is Kevin's cousin.  They are getting married in July and both of our boys are going to be part of their big day.

Weekend of Fun and Company!

This weekend we had a wonderful time visiting with Rob and Myla as they braved the snow on Friday night to come and spend the weekend with us.  It was so great to spend time with them and get to know their 2 darling girls, Sydney and Jayda better!

Jenn's Visit

Last week we had one of my closest friends, Jenn McMynn, come out to visit us for a couple of days. The time is never enough when you have great friends around. We love having her come and see us. Thanks for the visit!!

The weather was beautiful so we were able to enjoy some time outdoors.

Visits From the McMynns

This weekend we had the pleasure of having some company come to visit us, Mike, Laura and Jenn!!! This was Mike's first time out here so we were soo thankful to have such beautiful weather in November where we could take out the quads and not freeze to death.

The Dreaded Goodbyes

This morning we said goodbye to my mom and dad after they had been here a week. The boys had a blast keeping them busy outside - we couldn't have asked for nicer weather for this time of year. It was in the high teens and low 20's just about every day (and no WIND)! Ready to hit to the road - but first we've gotta have our traditional goodbye photo in our pj's!

Then onto the deck to get a final glimpse of their vehicle headed to the highway! Both yelling at the top of their little lungs "Goodbye, we miss you and love you!!!"

Since it was harvest time mom and dad got to spend only a few short minutes each morning with Kevin before he would head out again for the day and not return till early hours the next morning. So for supper we'd all pile in the vehicle and take him something each night so we could have a little time with him.

We always look forward to our times together - don't know exactly when the next one will be but we'll have to start thinking about it. We'll probably make the journey to Terrace this coming year since we weren't there this past summer. Miss you guys already and thanks again for coming and spending the week with us out here!

Kendall's 1st Farm Visit

My sister Randi and our sweet little niece have been visiting us since Monday night and will be with us into next week. We are so excited to have them here and get to know Kendall a little better now that she is a whole 9 weeks old already!! The boys just adore her so she get lots of attention and stimulation! It has been so wonderful to have them here with us! Thanks Trent for sharing them!!! :)
