End-of-September Fun

We also got to go for a ride in the combine with Mr. Murray one day before the boys and I headed north for 2 weeks.

Jaren has really taken a liking to riding his bike, now that we've got proper training wheels. So this is what many of his hours during the day consist of, him riding and Tori running.

First Day of Preschool

On Thursday of last week Jaren had his very first day of preschool and quite enjoyed it. He will go once a week for a full morning. It is hard to believe that "school" is even happening or being spoken of in this household!! Where does the time go!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Sabbath of Visiting Family

We had family Ken and Gloria visiting us all this weekend from California. So it was a great excuse to fellowship with everyone on Sabbath for lunch and supper. Lawrence, Ken and Ron

In the evening we went to Ron and Connie's for a potato roast. It was a little cool outside, hence the winter gear!

Harvest Has Begun - FINALLY!

Harvest has finally started, the little bit that we are able to go. We've started combining the peas here and have a LONG ways to go before this season will be done. We are about an average of 3-4 weeks behind our "normal" schedule. We now have a couple days of rain ahead of us which puts a hold on things. For once we are praying for a nice dry spell to come along :)

A Family of Four Again

Finally together again!!

Last Tuesday Jaren went to spend some time up in Smoky Lake with Rosanna and Randy. He finally returned to us on Sunday. He had a wonderful time getting to do some different and exciting things. Already he is looking for his next adventure! I'm beginning to think that he doesn't like home! :) That's what we get for raising an independant little boy!

Trenchuks Visit

This weekend we had the nice surprise of having the Trenchuk's come and visit us for the weekend. It is so much fun having all the boys together and watching them play. It is so cute!! They have such a good time (well, most of the time! :))

Grandpa's Birthday

Last week we celebrated Grandpa's 66th birthday with him and had a wonderful meal over at their place. The boys couldn't wait for the cake!!!!

Foot Wedding

On August 20th, we attended a wedding out in Saskatchewan. It was a gorgeous day and was nice to be part of Travis and Nichole's start of their life together.
